While we are trying out this new booking system, online booking is only available if you live in Bell Block or New Plymouth. If you are outside of these areas, or if you have any questions at all, please call us on 027 575 4362. We treat all exterior surfaces including the house, retaining walls, fencing letterbox, outdoor furniture or anything else that looks unsightly with the web on it as standard unless instructed otherwise. We can generally expect full control for about one year on black and somewhere between one year and two years on white with your different shades somewhere in between. We generally suggest that when you start to see webs forming to give us a ring at that point A lot of the webs will blow away after treatment especially on non porous surfaces, but if there is still some sticking you can just whip those off with a broom or hose. Pre-treatment Ensure house is free from dust and mould Please have washing inside and doors, windows shut for duration of treatment We treat all exterior surfaces and outbuildings including fencing, retaining walls, letterbox, garden sheds, under tramps and everything that a spider may make a web on as standard unless instructed otherwise. No problem being home at time of treatment just need windows and doors shut for about an hour and a half. Post-treatment Treatment needs two hours of sunlight to set, after that it can handle rain and a hose down. It will not cope with re-painting, silicon treatments for brick buildings and a chem wash. Please do these beforehand. You can use a broom or hose to remove any webs that won't blow away after treatment but a lot will especially on non porous surfaces.
